This project involved the complete renovation of a residential bathroom in Clapham. The existing bathroom had not been refurbished for over 20 years, requiring the space to be fully stripped back to its structural elements, including exposing the floor joists.

From this stage, the bathroom was rebuilt from the core structure, allowing for the installation of new sanitary fittings, updated plumbing, and modern tiling throughout. The project was completed as a contemporary wet room, incorporating modern finishes and improved functionality while ensuring the space was fully waterproofed and built to current standards.

The result was a fully refreshed and modern bathroom designed to provide both practicality and a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
