Tiverton Hotel

The project.

The hotel’s ground-floor renovation transforms the lobby and bar areas into a modern, high-quality space, with a focus on the guest experience.

As part of the project, we constructed a brand-new reception area, designed to improve flow, first impressions, and operational efficiency for both staff and guests. In addition, we created a dedicated provision for a future gym, ensuring the space is fully prepared for seamless integration at a later stage.

Delivery within a live hotel environment required careful planning, coordination and phased execution to minimise disruption to daily operations.
