This project involved a full renovation and extension of a residential property in Welwyn Garden City. The works included significant structural alterations to reconfigure the layout and create a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area.

As part of the restructuring of the property, structural steel beams were installed to support the new open-plan layout and ensure the integrity of the building following the removal of internal walls. In addition to the structural works, the property underwent a complete interior refurbishment, modernising all areas of the home while also increasing the overall living space through the extension.

The result was a fully renovated home with an improved layout, additional space, and a bright, open kitchen and living environment designed for modern living.
